If you’re looking for a fun, modern and creative wedding photographer with a relaxed style, then you’ve come to the right place.
We won’t keep you away from your friends and family for hours on end but we will get the important family photos in a quick and stress free way.
The vast majority of photos will be candid, as it happens moments, with some beautiful couple portrait photos and of course our award winning twilight photoshoot to get the real WOW images.

The most important thing to us is that you have fun while we’re doing it and our many wonderful reviews will lay testament to this

About Me

Your Barnsley wedding photographer

I’m Tim, and I’ve been photographing weddings in Barnsley and across South Yorkshire for over 25 years. I live in Shafton, just outside Barnsley, and run Focus Photography as a family business with my daughter Lisa.

Local knowledge counts on a wedding day. I’ve photographed at most of the venues around here many times, so I know the best spots for photos, what to do if the weather turns, and how long things really take. That means less time standing around for photos and more time with your guests.

Barnsley venues I know well include Wortley Hall (where I’m a recommended photographer), Tankersley Manor, Burntwood Court, Holiday Inn Barnsley, Cubley Hall and Barnsley Town Hall. You can see them all on my wedding venues page.
